As a chef, I have to have sort of a fearless attitude, it’s as though I’m in an amusement park; I try everything, enjoy it and have the most fun while I’m doing it. Only then I can cook my heart out, because recipes themselves have no soul, that has to come from the chef.

Chef Andri holds a degree in computer engineering and fell in love with the restaurant industry while studying, later enrolling in Le Cordon Bleu, Pasadena to further his passion. He had many years experience as a washoku and sushi chef, before meeting Chef Back. After further intense training and experience, Chef Andri eventually took on spearheading the expansion and overseeing the opening of Akira Back’s restaurant brands around the globe.
