Apurva’s Dining Destinations

Bedugul Salad

Stealing the hospitality scene just last month was the opening of The Apurva Kempinski Bali in Bali’s manicured Nusa Dua area. The hotel certainly does not lack wow factor, with enchanting details and majestic features set amidst the dramatic cliffs overseeing the ocean.

On the F&B front, the hotel has a stellar reach with six fantastic dining destinations to choose from. Selasar Deli, which draws its inspiration from Indonesian traditions, serves a variety of favourite traditional light bites on a wooden cart. Try Indonesian flavours and highlights at Selasar Deli, such as luwak coffee and jamu herbal drinks. Meanwhile, Kubu Pool Bar caters to the sun-seekers lounging by the pool with light meals and refreshing drinks.

Pala Restaurant & Rooftop Bar is set amidst the long pool within the main gardens. Featuring live-cooking stations, the restaurant offers a bountiful selection of delicious local and international dishes.

Fans of Japanese cuisine will be happy to discover Izakaya by OKU, a spin-off of the award-winning OKU Japanese Restaurant in Jakarta – offering an open-kitchen dining experience, modern ambience and authentic Japanese favourites.

The much-awaited culinary star might just be the hotel’s Koral Restaurant, Bali’s first aquarium dining experience. Diners will get to savour the freshest seafood dishes, while enjoying magnificent underwater views.

Last but not least is the Reef Beach Club, offering a 42-metre infinity swimming pool, in addition to the unique mix of Asian and international cuisines and potent tipples. Izakaya by OKU, Koral Restaurant and Reef Beach Club are slated to open in the second quarter of 2019.
