Seas at The edge Bali is hosting an exciting collaboration dinner with Ju-Ma-Na’s chef Oscar.
Indulge in the true greatness of Bali’s culinary world at Seas at The edge Bali for a special dinner event on 6 September, when diners are invited for a showdown between two of Uluwatu’s hottest Indonesian chefs: The edge Bali’s executive chef Suasa and chef Oscar from the award-winning Ju-Ma-Na at Banyan Tree Ungasan, Bali.
During this dinner, the chefs will showcase the best flavours from the west and the east. Each chef is responsible for creating a three-course creation and finishing it off with a dessert collaboration. Chef Suasa will create tantalising dishes from the Asian region, while chef Oscar will plate stunning western delights.
Priced at IDR950,000++ per person, inclusive of premium wine pairing, the event will commence with a welcome cocktail and canapés before continuing to the East Meets West Wine Dinner. Advanced reservation is highly recommended as seats are limited.
