Since late 2016, Gyoza Bar has opened its doors to customers at Tribeca, Central Park. Lovers of Japanese gyozas will be pleased to know that Gyoza Bar specialises in unique varieties of delectable gyozas, which are sure to tantalise their taste buds. Gyoza Bar is headed by Chef Andy Ho, a veteran chef who has worked in acclaimed kitchens all across Japan and America, learning from famous chef such as Nobu’s Executive Chef Masaharu Morimoto.

A popular snack in Japan, gyozas are usually served in yatai (street food vendors) and izakayas (gastropub) alike, accompanied by tall mugs of icy cold beer or delightful cocktails. Gyoza Bar boasts a wide variety of Gyozas to cater to all kinds of cravings. Adventurous guests can try the Mexican spicy chicken gyoza, a flavour-bomb dumpling containing slices of Mexican jalapeno peppers. Diners are urged to order the chicken truffle gyoza – a delightful umami combo of juicy chicken morsels and bits of truffle. Besides gyozas, guests can order Japanese cocktails such as the heady Samurai Espresso or the fruity Tokyo Dream.
