Take the refreshingly inventive alcoholic and non-alcoholic fruity drinks topped with sparkling coconut water, or the seasonal cocktails like Autumn in Vientiane with its nutritious boost through pink chia kombucha, passion fruit and sugarcane juice mixed with vodka. Meanwhile, Winter in Papua brings cold-brew coffee, angostura bitters, amarena cherry, cacao nibs and a smoked kawa leaf to warming bourbon, and the fresh Spring in Sentosa adds tequila to chilli liqueur, rosella syrup, kalamansi sorbet and black pepper.

Indonesia’s traditional regional beverages have also been revived with the mixologist touch and a range of classic cocktails is also available. While sitting by one of the two bars, why not grab a plate of local snacks, like the assorted fritters, fried bananas or fresh tropical fruit?
