The best restaurant in Asia is coming to Bali for a special 4-hands dinner collaboration.

Earning two Michelin stars within a year of opening, Odette in Singapore is a true gastronomy destination for fine food connoisseurs. Lead by head chef Julien Royer, Odette is a sophisticated French restaurant at Singapore’s National Gallery. Sourcing the highest quality products from special artisan producers across the world, chef Julien crafts dishes that pay homage to his grandmother and his childhood. Now, for one night only, chef Julien Royer will be in Bali for a special dinner collaboration with chef Chris Salans at Mozaic restaurant.

On 20 September, Mozaic invites diners to indulge in delectable dishes from both chefs based on a theme that evokes the chefs’ childhood memories. The six-course tasting menu will include scallops with Kaluga caviar, Mizayaki Kobe beef, foie gras, smoked bacon and more.

This collaborative dinner by the two chefs will mark new heights of gastronomy in Bali. Advanced reservation is required as the dinner is limited to 60 diners only. Premium wine and champagne pairing are available for an additional charge per person.
