Chef Nam grew up in Denmark, where his parents upheld the Vietnamese traditions and culture, teaching him the secrets of gastronomy, from food to plating, table settings to dining etiquette, imbuing him with a belief in weaving elegance, refinement and tradition through the art of culinary techniques. His international culinary experience through leading kitchens around the globe eventually led him to establish his own venture, NamNam Noodle Bar.
