NYC speakeasy Employees Only opens in Hong Kong

Provençal

The first Employees Only opened in New York in 2005 and was initially founded just for the city’s F&B workers as a place to kick-back, relax and enjoy high quality drinks and service. But its reputation quickly spread and today EONY serves around 138,000 cocktails a year to its adoring clientele.

In 2016 the now famous speakeasy expanded its reach into Singapore and this July will open a second Asian branch in Lan Kwai Fong, Central, Hong Kong. Eagerly awaited the venture also offers excellent food with signature plates such as bone marrow poppers, bacon-wrapped lamb chops with salsa verde and chicken liver pate with toasted crostini served alongside some awesome cocktails. The drinks are creative and EO boasts signatures such as the Ready Fire Aim; a mix of Peleton Mezcal Joven, lime juice and house-made honey-pineapple syrup with just a dash of Bittermens

Hellfire Bitters and the very popular Provençal; a blend of lavender-infused gin, vermouth steeped with herbs de Provençe and Cointreau.
