Sumptuous and alluring the design is straight out of the 1920’s New York picture book with chic leather booths, brass, marble, potted palms and art deco accents. There’s bespoke lighting, opulent dark woods and a picture-postcard spiral staircase leading to the mezzanine where the iconic SLING Bar awaits to serve Prohibition-style cocktails, premium spirits and wines into night.
Start the Roaring Twenties experience with an aperitif in the stylish Billiard Room, where you can also enjoy dishes like steamed lobster roll, minute steak, hand-cut fries and wood-grilled burgers from the bar menu.
Backed by excellent service and an impressive wine list, the restaurant’s specialty is dry aged, imported meat and line-caught sustainable seafood cooked over custom-made coal and wood grills and wood-fired ovens.
The menu offers hot and cold starters like prawn bisque and beef tartare before whisking you towards the mains and your favourite steak cuts plus lamb chops, wagyu burgers and baby back ribs are ready to tempt. Away from the steak there’s whole rock lobster Thermidor, roast chicken, roast duck and yellow fin tuna steak; jaw-dropping cuisine, perfectly cooked and beautifully presented.
For vegetarians the oven-baked mushroom tart and the black truffle mac-and-cheese are sure to hit the spot whilst the range of inspired desserts is simply sublime.
