For the festive season this year, Raffles Jakarta is also incorporating a celebration of 130 years of Raffles hotels, with the new Executive Chef Matias Ayala and his culinary team bringing back classic holiday favourites of the past, with dishes from Raffles around the world. The season will start with the annual Raffles garden-lighting ceremony, before continuing with the 12 Days Before Christmas four-course lunch leading up to Christmas. There will also be a festive Christmas Eve dinner, Christmas brunch buffet and so much more.
