Join The St. Regis Bali Resort for an exclusive wine paired dinner with Amadio wines at the award-winning Kayuputi Restaurant.
On Friday, 4 October 2019, Kayuputi Restaurant invites fine food connoisseurs to a magical dinner to remember. Working closely with one of the oldest wineries in Australia, diners are in for a delicious five-course degustation menu with wine pairing from Amadio wines.
Exclusive for this event, Executive Chef Agung Gede is preparing an elaborate menu that will pair perfectly with the excellent Amadio wines, hand-selected by Kayuputi’s sommelier, Jeroen Jochems.
Founded in 1936, Amadio has consistently produced premium quality wines with tradition, passion and attention to every step of the journey. Located north of the Adelaide Hills, the winery is spread over 300 acres of land and supplies an array of grape varieties, including sauvignon blanc, chardonnay, pinot grigio, shiraz, cabernet sauvignon, pinot noir, tempranillo and Montepulciano Aglianico.
The dinner will take place at The St. Regis Bali Resort’s award-winning Kayuputi Restaurant, a nine-time winner of Best of Award of Excellence from Wine Spectator. The night’s festivities will commence with a pre-dinner cocktail at Kayuputi Bar at 7pm, before dinner starts at 7.30pm.
