The newly opened Yellow Pot at Six Senses Duxton offers discerning diners an array of traditional and authentic Chinese cuisine in a truly magnificent setting. Housed within the luxurious Six Senses Duxton, the Anouska Hempel design is a theatrical and eclectic expression that seamlessly blends history, symmetry and primary colours. The stunning calligraphy wallpaper in the booths is from Hempel’s personal collection; the dark wood, flooring and mood lighting and symmetrical panels are accented by a collection of yellow pots and matching shades.

Chef Sebastian Goh focuses on adding innovation to traditional Chinese and Asian cuisines with dishes like his roast duck, steamed Kühlbarra barramundi, chicken soup and wok-seared organic grass-fed beef tenderloin. The drinks menus follows the same concept and includes a selection of teas and a cocktail menu with concoctions like Escape To Kaifeng, the hotel’s signature cocktail, a mix of Tanqueray gin and chrysanthemum cordial, crowned with a yellow chrysanthemum.
