On 14 February, the special evening commences with complimentary cocktails and canapés at the bar, followed by a degustation journey of contemporary global cuisine with hints of Indonesia’s rich culinary culture.
Adopting distinctive traditional ingredients, exquisite produce sourced globally and the property’s greenhouse harvest, the degustation menu is set to be the star of the evening.
