With this bounty on its doorstep, The St. Regis Bali Resort is introducing a remarkable dining experience with the Fruit de Mer lunch at its elegant fine-dining Kayuputi restaurant. Opening with a sashimi platter of sublime yellowfin tuna, Tasmanian salmon and hamachi, the lunch continues with an incredible feast of premium seasonal seafood, or fruits de mer in French, comprising Fine de Claire oysters imported fresh from France, Bali bamboo lobster, Papua sweet prawns, scallops and mussels overflowing from copper bowls. The delectable feast ends with a warm Asian flavoured coconut miso soup with clams, tofu and seaweed.
Best enjoyed from the sophisticated outdoor cabanas overlooking the glistening Indian Ocean and with a gentle ocean breeze, this delectable feast is an idyllic way to spend time with friends. Available Monday to Friday until 22 November 2019, additional drink packages are available to heighten the dining experience.
