On the outside, a large green door, hence the name, identifies the location and heightens the anticipation of what’s to come next. The long bar is filled with premium bottles and is manned by a team of skilled bartenders ready to create your favourite libations.
Helmed by award-winning Leading Mixologist Harris Mahendra, the signature cocktails offered here are specially prepared from start to finish in its one-of-a-kind mixology room. Aiming to bring something new to palates, Behind The Green Door offers eight signature cocktails that you can’t find anywhere else. For example, Harlem Shake Fizz is made using dill-infused gin shaken with coconut, burnt milk, white chocolate, fresh lemon juice, albumen and tonic water with a hand-picked viola flower for garnish. If you’re looking for something stronger to keep the night going, the Cigarette Break is the bar’s version of mezcal negroni and is matured in an American oak barrel for 30 days.
Dubbing itself a cocktail bar and music emporium, Behind The Green Door has the island’s best DJs on its roster. Every night, a different DJ takes control of the DJ booth and is ready to make every visit a memorable one. In addition to local talent, Behind The Green Door also invites international DJs to play every month.
Completing the experience, Behind The Green Door also offers a selection of bar snacks specially prepared by the group’s Culinary Director Jethro Vincent. Inspired by the Latin dishes served just one floor below at MAIZE, the snack menu includes crowdpleasers such as quesadilla, guacamole local, frijoles, taco and wagyu cheeseburger all served with a refined twist.

The Cocktail – Harlem Shake Fizz
50ml dill-infused gin
30ml lemon juice, freshly squeezed
50ml coconut mix
20ml white chocolate syrup
20ml egg white
3 dashes of ginger extract
Combine all ingredients in a shaker, and dry shake first to introduce more air.
Shake again with ice and double strain into a stemless Champagne glass with no ice.
Top up with tonic water, garnish with burnt milk powder and four viola flowers.
Serve with a straw.
