Chiva-Som Hua Hin, the renowned and award-winning destination spa on the Gulf of Thailand, has recently renovated The Emerald Room, its restaurant serving stunning Wellness Cuisine to guests partaking of the extensive range of wellbeing retreats. In celebration of the new look, Tokyo-born French cuisine specialist Chef Keisuke Matsushima will be showcasing his dishes from 8th to 11th December exclusively for in-house guests. Chef Matsushima has been honoured with the Chevalier of the L’Ordre des Arts et des Lettres (Order of Arts and Letters) and L’Ordre du Merite Agricole (Order of Agricultural Merit).
