Newly launched in August, The Global Explorers Brunch brings a new level of gastronomic excellence with a tantalising international buffet that will allow your taste buds to wander. Among the selections are live cooking stations with local seafood, premium meats, refreshing drinks, as well as Indonesian specialities and vegetarian dishes. Worth mentioning is the impressive spread of mouth-watering desserts and special nitrogen ice cream by chef Ridwan.
Not only offering an excellent selection of food, diners are also treated to gorgeous views of the blue azure from Arwana restaurant and live music performances. If you’re coming with your little ones, the resort has specially prepared activities to keep them entertained, such as a treasure hunt, face painting, bracelet making and a candy tree.
