By popular demand, Mulia Bali’s renowned Soleil Brunch is now available on Fridays.
Overlooking magnificent views of the azure blue ocean, Soleil at The Mulia, Mulia Resort & Villas is the island’s permanent fixture for anything grand and extravagant. Offering diners a tantalising menu that ranges from the Mediterranean to pan-Asian cuisines, the high-end dining venue is also home to an award-winning Sunday brunch. With an array of delectable buffet items, as well as a generous selection of all-you-can-eat à la carte items, the best brunch is now available twice a week, on Fridays and Sundays.
Indulge your taste buds with the best selections of high-quality gourmet food, such as hot and cold appetisers, imported and local cheeses, vegetarian delights, a fresh seafood tower, hot Asian and international dishes, a live grill as well as two dedicated dessert stations featuring the sweetest temptations.
For the à la carte menu, Soleil’s team of chefs is on hand to prepare made-to-order dishes that include sweet and savoury breakfast options from Piovra – charcoal-grilled octopus, to the iconic Vietnamese beef noodle dish Pho Dac Biet. For an authentic taste of Italy, the restaurant’s freshly made pasta stands out among the rest.
