Hong Kong’s restaurant scene has seen some marvellous new additions this year but not many have garnered interest like the recent launch of Ding’s Club in Central. Helmed by former Kung Fu star, turned celebrity chef Steve Lee Ka Ding and opened in an attempt to manage the waiting list of his imitate dining experience at Ding’s Kitchen in Causeway Bay, Ding’s Club offers classical Cantonese dishes and family recipes in a sublime and conveniently located contemporary Chinese setting in the very heart of the skyscrapers of Central.
Ding’s Club is on the third floor of the impressive H Queen’s building where guests will discover a lavish space inspired by classic ancient Chinese designs. From its lofty perch Ding’s Club offers private rooms and a main dining space and some of the most impressive Cantonese cuisine in the city, including à la carte and set menus for dinner and lunch.
