This festive season look no further than Artemis Grill & Sky Bar, Singapore’s favourite sky-high bar and restaurant, to enjoy an array of delectable, inspired dishes crafted by acclaimed Executive Chef Oliver Hyde throughout the month.
Perfect for sharing and larger parties, explore delights like whole turbot and the famous 1.1kg Cote de Beouf bone-in rib eye. Complete the experience with sinfully indulgent desserts, including the traditional Mont Blanc, a blend of chestnut, pumpkin cremeaux and milk chocolate. All the festive dishes are available throughout December. On Christmas Eve, sittings start at 5.30pm to give guests ample time to dine in style overlooking Marina Bay before hitting the town.
For New Year’s Eve, meanwhile, Oliver will serve a four-course menu with a range of delicious options. There will be two seating periods: early and late, with the later times including a cocktail or flute of champagne. Early booking is essential.
