Seminyak recently welcomed a new elevated and sexy destination, seductively named Haute. The vibrant venue is the latest creation of 7popup, an event creator and culinary consultant. Located on the rooftop of Seminyak’s most stylish property, Alila Seminyak, Haute offers three dining sections – indoor dining, bar and lounge and outdoor sundeck – that are designed with a sultry vibe, utilising silky and glowing lighting, leather bar stools, velvet couches and a striking bar setup to serve the neighbourhood’s movers and shakers.

Beck A Boo

Beck A Boo, Haute’s signature cocktail comprising gin, elderflower, apple juice and sparkling wine is perfect to start off the lovely evening. To accompany the potent cocktails, take pleasure in savouring the alluring selection of French cuisine while enjoying the scenic ocean view from the elevated vantage point. The talented master chef will also have prepared hearty bites like Saint Kerber oysters with mignotte and cocktail sauce, mussels gratins with concasse, pesto and mozzarella, escargot vol au vent, salmon salad and more.
