An Australian-Indonesian collaboration, Cape Discovery’s modern facilities are secreted away in northern Bali where it uses blast-frozen grapes sourced from vineyards in Western Australia and around the world and carefully crafts them into a collection of aromatic, well-rounded and very approachable wines.
Showing typical varietal characteristics, the flagship Cape Discovery range currently offers six varietals and each wine has been carefully developed to enjoy socially or with food and crafted to pair particularly well with Asian cuisine.

The Cape Discovery Range
A beautiful pale colour and very easy to drink, the rosé is delicious with seafood, cured meats and most spiced dishes. The subtly oaked Chardonnay meanwhile offers good balance and is a treat with charcuterie and soft cheese.
Refreshingly fruity, the sauvignon blanc is fresh and zingy and a great aperitif or enjoyed with delicate, lightly spiced foods, whilst the NV Brut Cuveé is just delightful with freshly shucked oysters or as the go-to party fizz.
From the reds the spicy shiraz and the silky cabernet-merlot can be enjoyed with mature cheeses and red meats, the cabernet-merlot is particularly well matched to steak
