As The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali celebrates the diversity of Indonesia’s culinary heritage, Ikan Restaurant is presenting the cuisine of the Minahasa region in North Sulawesi until 15th December. This unique cuisine is inspired by an abundance of fresh seafood and exotic spices and Chef de Cuisine Indonesian, Sheandy Satria, will serve specialties such as Ayam Bakar Rica Rica (grilled chicken marinated in spices) and Ikan Bakar Dabu Dabu (grilled fish served with spicy condiments), as well as the Dutch-influenced Klapertart for desert.
A Taste of Minahasa is available daily from 6.30pm to 9.30pm exclusively at Ikan Restaurant, a relaxing beachfront venue with a vibrant bar serving tropical cocktails and other drinks that pair well with the fiery character of Minahasan cuisine. Extended happy hours and live entertainment add to this flavourful dining experience.
