Frank’s Bar & Smokehouse is a lively hangout where friends can catch up and have a great time. Open until late from 3pm weekdays and 11.30am at the weekends, the menu at Frank’s is packed with BBQ dishes focused on meat smoked right on the premises in a 3.5m roadside smoker that emits a tantalising aroma to tempt the taste buds.
It is also a serious bar with a large selection of American whiskeys and tequilas, as well as the signature Frank’s Bloody Mary and cold lagers, to accompany the superb BBQ smoked meats, like beef brisket, pork ribs, pulled pork and jalapeno beef sausages. Signature dishes include the smoker sample combo, a massive plateful comprising 100g each of the four above-mentioned meats, as well as the Smokehouse Burger with cheddar cheese, crispy bacon, smoky sauce and a side of Frank’s fries.
The menu offers more than just smoked meat with plenty of southern American snacks and even moules-frites where local mussels are cooked Belgian style for a culinary treat.
With live music every day from Monday to Saturday and salsa night on Thursdays, a pool table, seating for up to 150 and plenty of drinks promotions and special events, like family friendly weekends and Wednesday steak night, Franks Bar & Smokehouse draws in fun-loving crowds.
