Sriwijaya restaurant at The Dharmawangsa Jakarta adds two new tempting nouvelle cuisine offerings: Sriwijaya Saturday Brunch and a weekday business lunch set menu prepared by executive chef Felix Budisetiawan and his award-winning culinary team. The two dining programs kicked off in August featuring new delightful fare that combines freshness, lightness and clarity of flavour. The busy business elite in Jakarta can delight their taste buds with this new weekday lunch option, offering two or three courses. Meanwhile, the indulgent Saturday brunch includes à la carte options and features Sriwijaya’s famous chestnut soup, 200-day Tomahawk, lobster ravioli and a lobster platter for sharing. Last but not the least, complete the meal with one of three selections of Negroni cocktail.
Sriwijaya restaurant can accommodate a maximum of 42 diners in its main hall, private room and al fresco area., Guests can enjoy the business lunch set menu from Tuesday to Friday from 11.30am to 2pm, while the Saturday brunch can be relished from 11am to 3pm.
