Renowned for its new year traditions, once again the hotel will open the celebrations with a live guzheng, or Chinese zither, performance in the hotel lobby on 21 January starting at 6.30pm and continuing through the evening to accompany the delectable dining.
Ushering the new year with delicious dining, guests are invited to enjoy the specially crafted Chinese New Year set menu at Li Feng. Helmed by Executive Chinese Chef Yang Guojian and two Michelin-starred Chef Fei, the restaurant will present authentic Cantonese cuisine in a culturally rich space, making it the perfect venue for auspicious new year celebrations with family and loved ones.
The 11-course menu includes Prosperity Yu Sheng served with salmon and jellyfish in homemade apple cider plum dressing. Other highlights on the menu include Deep Fried Golden Swan Dumpling with Roasted Duck, Steamed Tiger Grouper Fish with Tofu Black Fungus in Soya Sauce, and Roasted BBQ Platter Pork Char Siew with Roasted Duck and Crispy Pork Belly.
The Kung Hei Fat Choi set menu is available at Li Fen on 21 January for dinner, and 22 January for lunch and dinner with reservation and is priced at IDR2,288,000++ per person.
In addition to the massive feast at Li Feng, both Lyon and Cinnamon will also offer Chinese-themed delicacies for guests. Looking to gift your business colleagues or family?
