Sitting soundly in the Nusa Dua enclave, The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali is adding to the excitement of its guests by naming Antonio Yang as the resort’s new pastry chef. Hailing from Taiwan, Chef Yang has more than a decade of experience in the culinary world.
Growing up in Panama, Chef Yang is no stranger to creating innovative desserts fused with French, Italian and Asian touches. He believes that every pastry is more than just food, it is a resemblance of art, and it should create an impact on the guest upon first sight. With this very belief combined with his intricate and detailed pastry creations, Chef Antonio is aiming to elevate the gastronomical experience at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali.
Prior to joining The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali, the award-winning chef spent his career in different parts of Asia, such as Bangkok and Beijing where he was awarded The Michelin Plate for maintaining a good cooking standard. Furthermore, he also contributed to the development of talented chefs as he led the Young Chef Development project in different countries.
