The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali adds another layer of excitement to your palate by introducing a new menu at its renowned Italian dining establishment.

Located along the sandy Nusa Dua Beach, Prego at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali introduces a new menu to leave a lasting impression on its guests. Created by Chef Michele Antonucci, the menu aims to provide diners with an enjoyable gastronomic experience that showcases the diverse and genuine tastes of Italy.

Prego has long been cherished for its vibrant atmosphere and exceptional Italian cuisine, but the new menu elevates the experience to extraordinary heights. These dishes transcend the usual pasta and pizza, offering a mature and sophisticated interpretation of traditional Italian flavours that maintain authenticity while delivering a fresh and exciting dining experience.

One of the standout dishes is the Stinco di Agnello, a braised lamb shank served with soft polenta and sautéed mushrooms, offering a rich and hearty experience. Seafood lovers will be thrilled by the Barramundi, presented cartoccio style with clams, prawns, and squid, delivering a fresh and flavourful medley. For pasta enthusiasts, the Tortelli ai Funghi, filled with mushrooms and served in a creamy truffle sauce, is an indulgent choice. The Mezze Maniche al Tonno combines rigatoni pasta with confit tuna, Kalamata olives, fresh chilli, capers and cherry tomatoes, creating a vibrant and zesty dish. Additionally, the Pancetta di Maiale, featuring a crispy pork belly with mushrooms, roasted onions, and a cauliflower sauce, is a must-try for meat lovers.
