The 2025 Chengdu Michelin Guide has honoured The Hall by Louis Vuitton with One Michelin star, while Leonardo Zambrino, Executive Chef of Louis Vuitton China Restaurant Projects, has earned the prestigious Young Chef Award. This recognition highlights Louis Vuitton’s passion for nurturing young culinary talent.
Opened in 2022, The Hall is nestled in the heart of Chengdu, located within the Louis Vuitton Maison set across two connected buildings and a serene courtyard. The menu, inspired by pan-European flavours, masterfully blends elegance and modernity. This restaurant successfully combines French and Mediterranean classics, offering diners a refined yet creative experience.
Leonardo Zambrino, originally from Italy, has crafted a distinct culinary style that seamlessly blends tradition with youthful innovation. At The Hall, he artfully infuses local Sichuan flavours into his pan-European creations. Leonardo Zambrino neatly links the dish with the soul of French and Italian cuisine while using fresh local ingredients to tell the story of his culinary journey and highlighting diverse possibilities.
The Hall by Louis Vuitton welcomes guests from Tuesday to Sunday, offering a luxurious teatime from 2pm to 6pm, followed by an exquisite dinner service from 6pm to 10.30pm.
