This restaurant embodies the concept of philoxenia—the sacred art of making guests feel at home—while maintaining the classic luxurious touch. Diners can savour the essence of Greek culinary culture through signature dishes such as the Milos Special—a tower of crispy zucchini and eggplant paired with Kefalograviera cheese and creamy tzatziki made from non-fat Greek yoghurt, whole fish baked in sea salt and lobster Athenian pasta.

The restaurant also boasts the largest selection of Greek wines in Singapore, with 350-400 labels on its list. Many are made from indigenous grape varieties such as Assyrtiko, Xinomavro and Agiorgitiko, sourced directly from the volcanic soils of Santorini and the mountainous slopes of the Peloponnese.
