With a steadfast passion for diverse flavours and endless curiosity for new culinary horizons, Chef Santarelli infuses each dish with his wealth of experience and innovation, grilling over wood-fired flames to accentuate the natural textures and smoky essence of the finest ingredients.

Start your evening with Humita, a dish with deep roots in pre-Hispanic South America. At Chupacabras, this classic dish is elevated with pancetta, provolone cheese and red chimichurri. As the night progresses, the spotlight turns to Chupacabras’ wagyu flank steak. Grilled to perfection according to your preference, this dish highlights the rich, bold flavours of premium meats, enhanced by the smokiness of the wood-fire grill. Renowned for its exceptional marbling and tenderness, the flank steak is a star of the asado tradition, where meats are slow-grilled over an open flame, embodying the spirit of South American cuisine.

Adding a personal touch to the experience, the chef will arrive at your table with a tray of meats, allowing you to select your cut and specify your preferred doneness.
