Upon entering, guests will notice the interiors radiate understated luxury, featuring warm tones and rich textures, all while overlooking lush rice fields. Influenced by the bold traditions of Thailand, each dish is prepared from scratch with care and infused with a fresh, inventive touch.

Signature dishes include the salt-crusted barramundi, a delicate seafood dish that offers a hint of smokiness and the vibrant freshness of herbs. Another highlight is the octopus yellow curry, which combines perfectly grilled octopus with a velvety Thai curry, accented by a drizzle of Thai chimichurri.

The bar also features creative cocktails, such as the smoked Sup-Pa-Rod, which blends smoky grilled pineapple with rum, peach syrup and a hint of citrus.
