Drawing inspiration from Indonesia’s diverse botanicals, the cocktails showcase unique sous-vide house infusions and intricate layers of spice, fruit and floral notes. “We aim to provide our guests—mostly travellers—with flavours they’ve never experienced before”, explains Gaku.
Each signature drink pays homage to the fairies themselves, embodying the essence of its enchanting muse. Try Hidden Savannah, a tequila-based elixir featuring house-made nutmeg liqueur, clove, cinnamon and citrus, gently sous-vide to enhance its depth and warmth. Brooks Love’s Poison offers a bold herbal punch of betel leaf, vodka, guava and delicate floral accents.
Other inventive sips include Minty Sarah, a delightful mix of jackfruit-infused white rum and creamy coconut; and The Picky Hannah, a strikingly balanced concoction of tequila, lychee and honey chilli jam. For a playful twist, Lonely Chloe reimagines the classic Negroni with a touch of grilled pineapple, creating a drink that’s both bitter and tropical.
