Concluding a year brings about certain joys and a nostalgic tinge that foster an atmosphere of reconnecting with loved ones through shared moments. That’s the heart of the festive offerings at Spice by Blake, a modern Indonesian restaurant and cocktail bar in Ubud.

A decadent Indonesian Inspired Christmas Feast welcomes patrons to dinners on 24-25 December 2025 with a three-course meal of classic Indonesian dishes that has been reinterpreted with a modern spin. Each appetiser, entreé, and dessert is meticulously crafted by Chef Blake Thornley himself to capture the warmth of the holidays through local produce.

For New Year’s Eve dinner, the setup transitions into a more communal atmosphere with sharing-style platters across the three courses, amplifying the lively and cosy spirit of the season. To add a touch of sparkling glamour, an optional cocktail pairing is available for both occasions, making for evenings of bold, robust flavours.
