Ubud’s Mozaic Restaurant Gastronomic Bali is ready to deliver on that promise with Chef Thornley’s expertly curated Christmas Dinner on 24 and 25 December 2025, a seven-course affair of dishes that transform the finest ingredients of the island’s terroir by way of French cooking techniques. In between, glasses of wine add a touch of refinement to the tasting menu.
Return on 31 December for an eight-course dinner that still carries the hallmark of the restaurant’s French-Indonesian fusion spirit. Cap off the meal with a champagne toast at midnight to enter the new year with glamorous cheer under the blinking stars of Ubud’s twilight sky.
