Hailing from Sukabumi, Indonesia, Mimin’s career mostly comprises honing her skills at luxury properties in the Middle East, with Hilton Dead Sea Resort & Spa Jordan as the most recent stint before she joined Westin.
With 18 years of creative experience, Mimin brings an artisanal touch to creating baked goods and pastries unlike any other. Add to that her attention to detail, commitment to teamwork and drive to be the best, she will surely bring a sweet note to The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali’s kitchen team.
