The result is a cocktail menu that tells stories. Latino Heat 2.0 is a perfectly balanced blend of Reposado tequila, Leche de Tigre, passion fruit and coconut. It offers a complex flavour profile, where Leche de Tigre, passion fruit and coconut dance gracefully on the palate. In contrast, Adriana’s Kiss is light and refined: a blend of strawberry Aperol, tequila Blanco, white wine and a touch of fizz, perfect for leisurely sipping during golden hour. Date Me offers a more seductive experience, combining spiced rum, mezcal, falernum and citrus for a warm and inviting drink. For those who appreciate classics with a twist, the Oaxacan Negroni swaps gin for mezcal, deepening its Campari and sweet vermouth base, with a surprising hint of strawberry shrub to surprise the palate.
