Collaborating with romance novelist Riezkianty Yura, the menu is inspired from one of her best selling books.
The Sultan Hotel & Residence Jakarta welcomes the season of loving with an out of the box idea. Creating a special menu inspired by popular novel, “When the Dusk Misses the Morning,” written by renowned romance author, Riezkianty Yura, and will be served in the romantic setting of Kudus Hall on the evening of 14 February.
Executive Sous Chef Eric Kusnadi has prepared the set menu consisting of three dishes, each based on the novel’s three happy chapters. The appetizer is entitled “Love Will Take You”, a rework on the hotel’s signature tomato soup with garlic bread and sun-dried tomato. Moving on to the main course, called “Two Rails Side by Side”, a dish of smoked filet mignon and butter-boiled lobster with sautéed asparagus and twin potato dauphinoise. Lastly, guests will indulge in the final chapter, “Because I Love You Too Much”, which is a baked cheesecake with fresh berries and cranberry sauce.
