April’s Culinary Delights at Grand Hyatt Jakarta

This April, Grand Hyatt Jakarta is proudly offering scrumptious food and beverage promotions throughout the month. The hotel’s Seafood Terrace restaurant is having an Indonesian Soup Specials promo on rotation daily in which guests can savour two traditional soto, including sop ikan Palembang, pindang serani, sop konro, coto Makassar and soto Betawi.

Meanwhile, C’s Steak and Seafood restaurant is offering freshly prepared wagyu tomahawk steak with high-quality marbling and an Argentinean twist. The 1,500g grilled bone-in wagyu rib-eye will be served from 9th to 15th April with three side dishes of maiz rostizado, pico de gallo and pastel de camote.

Coto Makassar at Seafood Terrace, Donabe at Sumire & Tanamera Coffee at Fountain Lounge

If you’re in the mood for authentic Japanese delights, head to Sumire and take up its special for this month: Donabe dishes. Donabe are special Japanese clay pots, traditionally cooked over an open flame, and throughout April you can choose chicken, seafood, beef, or Japanese mushroom donabe at Sumire.

Over in Grand Hyatt Jakarta’s Fountain Lounge you’ll be offered a selection of taro, green tea and red velvet-flavoured Tanamera coffees. Available during the afternoon tea buffet, the special coffee selection will complement your sweet afternoon, in addition to the array of Tanamera coffee-infused desserts specially prepared by the skilled pastry chef.
