After its successful opening in Jakarta last year, the Potato Head Family is now bringing Attarine to Bali. Attarine is known for its philosophy of good food and how it emphasises elements that turn the act of eating into a thorough experience comprising the complexity of simple and thoughtful food. Attarine Berawa Beach House and Grill is scheduled to open in May 2017 and at the helm is Executive Chef Jacob Burrell – known for leading the kitchen at the Big Sur Bakery and Restaurant for three years, taking the role of sous chef at the three Michelin-starred Manresa restaurant and, of course, building and setting up Attarine Jakarta. Attarine Berawa Beach House and Grill will be dedicated to seasonal ingredients and surroundings – a true Attarine signature. Diners can expect hearty dishes with unique flavours prepared in an impressive wood-fired hearth.
