Guests can enjoy expertly curated drinks at the Main Bar, crafted by an award-winning mixologist, or reserve a private omakase session for a bespoke evening of Japanese-inspired libations. The Sake & Champagne Bar provides an exquisite setting to indulge in the timeless pairing of oysters and Champagne.

The Omakase Cocktail Bar at The Aubrey provides an extraordinary setting for enjoying a distinctive array of cocktails. Based on the omakase principle, this concept extends beyond dining to include meticulously curated cocktails by the award-winning Bar Director Devender Sehgal. Limited to four seats per session, the Omakase Cocktail Bar offers an intimate setting near the vibrant izakaya, featuring a sequence of unexpected drink courses that showcase Japanese spirits’ flavours and artistry, complemented by delightful light snacks.
