The evening begins with a refreshing scallop salad brightened by citrus and pomegranate, followed by a delicate clear consommé. For the main course, guests may choose between tender beef short ribs with corn risotto, trout paired with black pasta and wild mushrooms, or cranberry-glazed roasted chicken. A heart-shaped raspberry dessert completes the meal with a sweet flourish.
For couples planning only an evening out, The Zoetrope Sky Lounge also offers three romantic dinner packages on 14 February, pairing the signature menu with wine or mocktails in an intimate setting overlooking the city lights. Limited availability makes early reservations essential.
