The famed COMO Beach Club in Canggu is collaborating with Ubud’s renowned eatery Mozaic Restaurant to serve memorable oceanside dining.
COMO Beach Club, the oceanside setting at COMO Uma Canggu, offers a modern take on the traditional surf shack, making it a refined yet laid-back favourite among surfers, foodies and travellers alike. Now COMO Beach Club is teaming up with Mozaic Restaurant to serve up an amazing culinary experience for three days only – from 29 to 31 October 2021.
The event, helmed by Mozaic’s Chris Salans, takes you on a culinary journey through a five-course set menu on Friday and Saturday evening, including lobster tail with vanilla, baby carrots and grains, and Tajima wagyu beef with textures of corn, aromatic ginger and curry leaf.
On Sunday, an exquisite family style shared brunch will be served, highlights include burrata with heirloom tomatoes and kaffir lime, wagyu flank steak with green peppercorns and fresh passionfruit, almond, miso tart and more.
The dinners are priced at IDR680,000++ per person, with an additional wine pairing package available. Meanwhile, the fun brunch is available for IDR580,000++ per person with additional wine pairing also available.
