This June, W Bali – Seminyak is elevating the brunch experience. On 15 June 2025, the beachfront icon collaborates with Sensorium Bali to offer a culinary event that goes beyond the ordinary, featuring an immersive, multi-sensory journey at Starfish Bloo.
Chef William Salim of Sensorium, known for his innovative Australasian cuisine, adds a personal touch to each dish, artfully combining modern Australian techniques with nostalgic Asian flavours. At W Bali – Seminyak, he has crafted a bold menu that explores emotion, memory and taste, turning brunch into a theatrical experience meant to be seen, savoured and felt.
Each dish tells a story, from the umami-rich prawn pasta to the hearty, soul-warming, textural mushroom dish. The Bulgogi Beef Burger combines richness and crunch with layers of chilli mayo, Asian slaw and pickled vegetables, while the Miso Pancake, topped with citrus cream and vanilla ice cream, offers a playful, sweet conclusion. Every dish is beautifully presented, designed to captivate the senses and leave a lasting impression.
Set against the vibrant atmosphere of Starfish Bloo and the stunning Indian Ocean backdrop, this brunch will be enhanced by live DJ sets and curated entertainment, creating a lively and luxurious afternoon.
