Bringing an impressive 17-year career across world-class kitchens in Auckland, New York, Manila, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi, Chef Arvie infuses the camp’s gastronomic offerings with an innovative, globally inspired approach.

Having honed his craft under the mentorship of Michelin-starred chefs such as Bjoern Alexandre Panek, Nathan Outlaw, and Ross Shonhan, Chef Delvo’s philosophy is deeply rooted in respect for nature’s purity and the joy of shared dining experiences. Inspired by his childhood summers on his grandparents’ farm in the Philippines, his cuisine celebrates seasonality, sustainability, and the vibrant flavours of the land.
