A global line-up of culinary masters reunites for an unforgettable three-night experience.
Caprice, the Michelin-starred restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, marks the hotel’s 20th anniversary with a three-night dinner series. Led by Executive Chef Guillaume Galliot, the three Michelin-starred French restaurant will host a series of special dinners from 18 to 20 September 2025, gathering some of the world’s most respected chefs for a collaborative dining experience that brings together talent, friendship and precision.
Since its opening, Caprice has consistently set the benchmark for French cuisine in Hong Kong. Under Chef Guillaume’s leadership, the restaurant has held its current Michelin recognition for seven consecutive years, with 11 years at the prestigious three-star level. This upcoming series honours the restaurant’s achievements and the relationships formed throughout his international career.
Each evening, Chef Guillaume will cook alongside five guest chefs, featuring a rotating ensemble whose collective accolades total 23 Michelin stars. Signature dishes to be presented include roasted Challans duck with dolce forte sauce, and Racan pigeon with French figs and eggplants. Joining him are familiar names such as Alan Taudon of L’Orangerie in Paris, Umberto Bombana of 8½ Otto e Mezzo Bombana in Hong Kong, and Stéphanie Le Quellec of La Scène, alongside regional talents like Jordy Navarra of Toyo Eatery and Maxime Luvara, Executive Chef of Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong.
Dishes span various influences and techniques, from sea urchin with egg yolk sparkles to turbot grenobloise and puffed rice-crusted monkfish. Each plate reflects the chef’s background while aligning with Caprice’s dedication to quality and detail.
The celebration also highlights pastry artistry with creations from Jean-François Feuillette, Asia’s Best Pastry Chef Dej Kewkacha, and Andrea Bonaffini. Guests will enjoy rare selections from the Antony cheese cellar, curated by renowned affineurs Bernard and Jean-François Antony.
Priced at HKD4,988 per person, each night features a different menu crafted through close collaboration. This event brings together a community of chefs who share a mutual respect for technique and ingredient.
