An acclaimed Singapore cocktail bar brings world-class mixology to The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali, for a one-night festive celebration by the sea.
The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali adds a stylish flourish to the festive calendar with an exclusive Cat Bite Club Bar Takeover at Ikan Bar on 26 December 2025. Set against the gentle rhythm of the Indian Ocean, this one-night-only event forms part of the resort’s Whimsical Harmony celebrations, offering guests a refined yet relaxed way to extend the Christmas spirit.
Held at Ikan Bar, the resort’s beachfront venue known for its breezy elegance and sunset views, the takeover showcases inventive cocktails by Jesse Jay, Co-Founder of Singapore’s Cat Bite Club. Recently recognised among Asia’s and the World’s 50 Best Bars, Cat Bite Club has built an international following for its distinctive focus on agave spirits and its thoughtful use of Asian heritage liquors such as soju and shochu.
Jesse Jay brings more than 15 years of global experience to the bar. His career spans leading cities including San Francisco, New York and Singapore, with a notable tenure at the celebrated ATLAS bar, where he helped secure numerous international accolades, including recognition from The World’s 50 Best Bars and Tales of the Cocktail. Since co-founding Cat Bite Club in 2023, Jesse has steered the venue to rapid acclaim, earning honours such as Campari’s One to Watch Award.
At Ikan Bar, guests can expect cocktails that blend Mexican agave traditions with Asian flavours, served in an atmosphere that is both sophisticated and effortlessly coastal. The collaboration reflects The Westin’s philosophy of nourishing guests through meaningful experiences.
