On 14 February 2025, lovebirds can savour a six-course Valentine’s offering, crafted to create a day filled with love, laughter and delicious flavours.
This Valentine’s Day, Oscar’s six-course dinner promises couples a memorable evening with an exquisite culinary journey priced at only IDR1,500,000 per couple. The evening begins with a playful amuse bouche of caviar caprese, where tomato and balsamic caviar meet creamy bocconcini and crispy tortilla, teasing the palate for what’s to come. The cold appetizer brings wagyu tartare, enhanced by gherkin and a touch of smoky chipotle, adding depth to the tender beef. Next, the hot appetizer delights with poached lobster, served alongside succotash and a rich yuzu beurre blanc that balances sweetness and acidity with every bite.
The soup course introduces a comforting bowl of Vichyssoise, blending potato and leek into a velvety creation topped with a crispy potato garnish for texture. For the main course, couples can choose between two indulgent options: lavender aged wagyu striploin, paired with foie gras, raspberry accents and celeriac purée for a balance of savoury and sweet, or miso glazed patagonian fish, accompanied by mushroom croquetas and a vibrant pea purée. The evening concludes with the dessert course, Berry Surprise, a refreshing mix of blueberry cheese, mixed berries compote and an orange tulle for a light, citrusy finish.
