Diners can delight in seared scallops doused in champagne foam and Atlantic salmon crowned with herbs, mousseline tart, and orange reduction, alongside Italian favourites like arancini and tiramisu. Still, the crown jewel is a Filet de Wagyu A5, finished with an aromatic black truffle jus.
