
Marriott Bonvoy has once again brought to life Loka Rasa, a vibrant culinary showcase where 11 dishes will be served throughout the year 2025. These expertly curated dishes are crafted by five skilled chefs from Marriott Bonvoy hotels across the country. Each dish reflected the unique identity and heritage of its respective region, offering an authentic taste of Indonesia’s diverse gastronomy.
Highlights included Sate Lilit and Ayam Betutu by Chef Roy Sanjaya from The Laguna, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Nusa Dua, Bali. Guests also enjoyed Ayam Garang Asem, as well as Tongseng Kambing made by Chef Toni Azhari from Lampung Marriott Resort & Spa. They were also able to indulge in Beef Rendang and Soto Betawi by Chef Yandri Lubis from Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya, Pakuwon Indah. Additionally, Sate Padang and Soto Banjar were crafted by Chef Simon Siswono from TA’AKTANA, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Labuan Bajo. To complete the experience, guests indulged in classic Indonesian desserts such as Bubur Sumsum, Klappertaart and Es Doger, all prepared by Chef Michael Leuwol from The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali.
